Turn the Page Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on www.turnthepageinc.org. Turn the Page Inc. collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our website.

Donations
If you make a donation to Turn the Page Inc. we may request certain personally identifiable information from you on the donation form. You may also require you to provide contact information (such as your name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for processing purposes and to obtain your donation orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Donations may be made through the PayPal website subject to a separate privacy policy.

Application for Funds and/or Books
If you request a donation and/or books through Turn the Page Inc., we require that you provide certain personally identifiable information. This information is necessary to process your request and to contact you.

Social Security Numbers
Turn the Page Inc. does not require social security numbers from any of its website visitors, donators or recipients.

From time-to-time, Turn the Page Inc. may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site.
